Fairplum is founded by someone who has spent over three decades building some of India's most successful beauty and FMCG businesses — and now wants to build something of his own.
Rupesh brings over three decades of experience across R&D, procurement, and supply chain in India's beauty and FMCG industry. As Chief Supply Chain Officer at Purplle — India's leading beauty e-commerce platform — he led New Product Development and end-to-end supply chain. Earlier, he served as R&D and Procurement Head at Unilever India. Fairplum is his venture to build a new generation of science-first beauty and personal care brands for India.
